Dr Jesse Grasse was thorough,the nurse was very slow,and doesn't seem to know what is going on.She sent me in the bathroom, for me to give a specimen.When I was finished,she never came back.I had to interrupt a worker to find her to find out what was going on. This worker put me in a room. I sat there thinking, how long am I going to be in here, now.I was going to leave, and on my way out, my nurse was sitting at a desk, on the computer. This nurse, like in the past, started canceling, and scheduling new appointments. There was a male nurse the last time I was there, that seemed to know what was going on at all times. Always on time and friendly staff. Great service, the nurses are awesome and both Dr. Stevens & Dr. Pulley have been a provider for me and I’m extremely satisfied by the level of care I received from them and their nurses. My general well being is always a priority and both groups of staff have remembered me and asked about my personal life outside of medical questions which really goes to show that they care for you as an individual and not just a number. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my son to this clinic for many years and have only wonderful things to say about his primary doctor, Judd Pulley & nursing staff. Love the care he receives and how close to home TC West is. I've had plenty of negative experiences with other pediatricians over the years, so I'm very happy to finally have a family doctor that my son & I are comfortable with.
