The Gym is the best , with the best manager ever. Everyone is friendly and helpful, Its clean and we all try to keep it that way.

I've been training here, typically 4 days per week since March 2023.The facility is very spacious and well maintained thus far. It is open 24 hours during the week, and limited hours for the weekend which I would imagine works quite well for most people.It is not a gym for powerlifters or advanced bodybuilders as there are limitations in reference to 75 lb dumbbells and fixed barbells (standard or ez curl design) are limited to 60lbs; as well the lack of squat racks, etc.For most people it is a great place to improve your fitness on various levels.I upgraded to the PF black card to access the red light/infrared therapy which I have read so many good things about.
