The front desk employee's are friendly and helpful. Our grandsons have a great time playing basketball here and swimming. My wife and I love to walk around the track and we also had a great trainer for a couple months. She helped us get use to the equipment and taught us how to use everything correctly in order to prevent injury. The value for her services was on target with other trainers in the area. When we needed anything we were provided great support and customer service.

They need to have open access to the CrossFit rooms.all the good equipment is in there. Little to very poor equipment in the 4th floor. Either add the equipment that’s in the CrossFit room to the 4th floor or have open access to the cross fit rooms. It’s absurd man.

People who are not familiar with the town should go here when it comes to basketball. Competitive pick up games on the legendary 4th floor. My favorite place to go to. Follow a good workout with a good 15 minutes in the steam room. You go home feeling real nice.
