We first contacted him from Everett in 2011 to investigate a dangerous non-working gas furnace for my 80-year-old mother-in-law in Yakima. It was a freezing winter day and he made it a priority to visit, assess, and get her warm. That was a decade ago. It’s now 2023 and my 90+ year-old mother-in-law called to let us know that the furnace was having problems; again it was projected that temperatures would be falling to 19* by the end of the week. We first contacted him from Everett in 2011 to investigate a dangerous non-working gas furnace for my 80-year-old mother-in-law in Yakima. It was a freezing winter day and he made it a priority to visit, assess, and get her warm. That was a decade ago.
