Best customer service I have seen from a construction/plumbing company. Little confusion over when the bill was due. Invoices are confusing and the gentleman who came to my door was courteous. Orignally I wanted to pay my bill next Weds. but paid it tonight since they were so courteous. Hard to be the worker and the collector.Your company and the workers certainly made this all doable. Thanks again. And if you find out the name of the worker who came to my house for collection - pass on thanks for your patience. Would recommend this company with the five stars plus.

Tim and Bryan did a great job of installing our hot water tank! They were friendly, professional, efficient and courteous while in our home. They were a great representation of Shephard Plumbing

Efren and Ever Espinoza were excellent. I had some issues requiring their flexibility and they worked with me happily. They finished promptly, working until late and getting my water back on quickly.
