Fast and reliable company foe your roofing and gutters needs

I hired this company to install new floors. The floors in the living room, dining room, and hall were covered in carpet. The carpet in these areas were removed and the new flooring was installed. The hall led the way to the kitchen. The kitchen was last and instead of removing the existing old floor in the kitchen, they laid the new flooring over the top. When the kitchen met the hall there was a 7/8 inch transition because the carpet in the hall had been removed so new flooring could be installed. I was not home when this was done but returned before it was completed. I said it was unacceptable because I would be left with a dangerous tripping hazard. It would not have happened if they had removed the kitchen floor before installing the new material. They said to do the correction would cost me several thousand dollars. I believe Smart Choice is responsible and I had no way of expecting this to occur. They could have prevented it. They are the professionals and the blame is theirs. The correction has to be made and I don't feel it is up to me to pay for it. I will certainly not recommend them.

I wish I could leave a zero rating for Smart Choice Remodeler/Roof Today USA. I will start with the good. Shaun our salesman did a great job running numbers with us and educating us on the options for our new roof. He was pleasant to have in the home and we appreciated him. The contractor sent to complete the job was professional and I highly recommend his company All Custom ENR Roofing LLC. Elmer and his crew are hard working, respectful, and always willing to answer my questions. The bad is how the owner runs this company. We were sold a metal roof system with a ridge vent in our contract. That is not the roof we received. No ridge vent was installed. This was an unacceptable break down of communication between all parties of which the owner is responsible. We did not receive what we were promised. We did not receive any refund for what was not installed. We were also promised that an insulation problem in the attic would be rectified as part of our contract. The "remedy" attempted was not as described to us and I will have to hire another contractor to fix the issue. So do not hire them for insulation it is not what they do. In addition, Aaron was rude to me, belittled me, and called me high maintenance for expecting what was promised. We paid over $40,000 for this job. Money my Dad left me when he died. This company uses a sales tactic to close deals which is to promise a vacation voucher if you will sign with them. I did not receive the necessary documents from them to redeem the voucher so please do not make your decision to hire them based on this. Lastly I signed off on this job as completed despite my complaints. I did this because it was clear to me our contractor would be punished if I did not. They did not deserve that. We have a beautiful, functional roof thanks to Elmer. We do not have the roof we were promised thanks to Aaron. If you want a quality job done and to be treated with respect hire anyone other than Smart Choice Remodeler/Roof Today USA/New Floors USA.

I called Smart Choice Remodeler LLC when watching their TV Commercial. Had a 50% Off Labor, 12 Months No Interest No Payment Financing, $200 Target Gift Card with Purchase, Free $50 Amazon Gift Card with Free In-home Estimate & Seniors and Military Discount. I was wanting a Metal Roof Installed on my 25 year old House Roof.Mike came out 10/25/2023 to give me an Estimate, showed me their metal roof sample and their brochure of the different metal roof designs and colors. Mike did his Proposal on site and emailed it to me and filled out their Customer Rebate Form for the $50 Amazon Card before he left. I mailed the Customer Rebate Form the next day. I called 2 weeks later to see when they were going mail out the Amazon Card, after being on hold for some time, she said they don't have them yet. I also mentioned the estimate I recv'd didn't have any of the discounts on it that were shown on TV. She set up another Appointment and said she would send a person that works with Senior and give me a new estimate. Two young guys came out on 11/30 /2023 (Very Nice). After they went thru everything and gave me quote with discounts on their paper that has 4 different choices of roofing on it. I asked them to email me an estimate, they said this is the estimate. I need one emailed, this is not a estimate. They also said there was no Seniors & Military Discount, I said I saw it on the TV Commercial. I also asked them about the Amazon card it's been over a month, they said they came is last week and they should be mailing it out and they will check and have it sent out. I called the next week and was told it would be mailed out. To this day I have not recv'd the New Estimate or the Amazon Gift Card. I was going to give to my Daughter for Christmas. Very Disappointed with Smart Choice Remodeler.

I just have to give a shout out to Shaun and Denver for a superbly done presentation on the roofing options for my manufactured home. I am just at the beginning of my estimates and I have not made a decision on which company I will use but I must say that these two gentlemen have set the standard pretty high for their competition. Thank you Denver and Shaun for presenting your company and its products so thoroughly and with such knowledge.

Quick, efficient and hardworking. Lily assured us that they had many financing options and different styles of roofs. The sale rep was very professional and informative.We went with metal because of the warranty and it's the best for our new home.We have no complaints.Thanks again
