Would not go back. Alex did not seem like he cared at all about what he was doing and didn’t remember which cat was ours despite meeting us 2 hours ago and only having 2 cats there. On top of that our cut was uneven.

I've taken my elder kitty to Alex several times. The first was for a lion cut, as she no longer grooms her long hair as effectively as in the past and had developed mats that I could not untangle. He did a wonderful job and, once used to her new reality, my kitty seemed much happier to no longer have her skin being pulled. Since that inital appointment I have taken her in for a few nail trims. She won't let me touch her paws, but she becomes quite docile on his lap while getting her pawdicure. Due to Alex's skill, she only has to endure it for about a minute. Making an appointment is easy and I can usually bring her in within the week. I think Alex's prices are reasonable for the professional care I know Eartha Kitty receives. I recommend his services to anyone who cares about their furry friend.

We have a ragdoll that gets matted easily and gets his nails stuck in the carpet and that makes him sad. Alex fixes all of this magically! He is a true cat whisperer and really cares about his craft.

This review is overdue. I took my 19 year old cat to get groomed as he is no longer able to groom himself. I made sure to tell Alex that he has really thin skin so please make sure to not cut him. I also mentioned that he has really bad arthritis. He said, he knows how to do his job. It was rude, but I felt reassured by this. Once I picked up my cat, I saw he looked great. I tipped Alex and took him home. My cat wasn’t able to sit for weeks because they were so rough with his legs. He had cuts all over and Alex told me he nicked him one or twice. It was more like 6-7 nicks. I wouldn’t bring my cat back here.

Alex did such a good job with my cat Petunia! She had to be shaved down because of her matting but her skin is doing so much better now and she is happier. Alex even let me watch the shaving process which calmed my nerves down since this was her first time at the groomers and I was nervous about it. Alex is very knowledgeable and good at his job we will definitely be coming back and following his recommendations! Thank you Alex!
