“I broke an old crown, installed by a different dental clinic. I normally see Dr. Madsen, but he was booked out for a couple of weeks se I saw Dr. Spencer. He is new at West Richland Family Dental. Dr. Spence and the dental assistant were great. They removed the rest of the old crown and replaced it with a temporary. The new crown will be installed in a few weeks.”

“I went in to get a quick check on a painful tooth. I didn’t expect to get in today, just set an appointment asap. However, they got me in after about 30 minutes. They took a quick x-ray and found a cracked tooth which would require a surgeon. They sent an appointment request and x-ray to the surgeon. They charged only a modest amount for the visit. I had gone to another dentist just a few weeks ago for the same problem and got no resolution. That dentist wanted me to go through a thorough costly review and other procedures. A Family Dental Center was prompt, thorough, and to the point. And very reasonably priced. I looked a the surveys of many dentists before selecting this one. They almost all got 5 stars (which I think is suspicious). A Family Dental deserves 5 stars based on my experience with them.”

“Knowledgeable staff and dentists. I am not the best with insurance and I ask a lot of questions and they are patient with me. Lance is very informational and caring for his patients and the kids. Dr Hawkins was great and I felt confident in my treatment plan after discussing with her. Daniel my hygenist I have had twice. Very good with his cleaning instruments. You can tell he has years of experience. He is caring about how you feel about your teeth. The office staff goes out of there way to make your appt times. Annie is great and always puts up with me. I am not an easy client who always has a ton of questions and they make me feel comfortable and confident about my teeth.”

Over 30 years ago, I was prescribedMinocycline for mild acne, however, the drastic side effect is it discolored my teeth for nearly half my life. I’ve felt self-conscious about it, and always thought people were looking at the discoloration when they talked to me. A kid once asked me why my teeth were so blue and<br>people have asked me in the past if I liked to drink a lot of coffee. I was so self conscious. I then had a procedure done to resurface my top teeth and they look fantastic!They were so nice and caring while making me feel comfortable. I now can speak to others without having that nagging voice in the back of my head!
