Wilson Mak is awesome! I didn't think I could qualify for a mortgage, given some recent blemishes in my credit history. But with my the cost of rent skyrocketing in Clark County, I decided to check with Wilson. He was able to find a FHA mortgage finance program that was tailored to my situation and guide me through the qualification process!! I am now a happy homeowner paying less on my mortgage that I did to rent an apartment!
