I was having a outdoor rodent/ rat problem. I contacted Western exterminators and their representative Robert came out and evaluated the the situation and came up with a solution. Robert was very knowledgeable and professional when discussing the options that were available to me. After his assessment I was so satisfied that I decided to become a new customer of theirs for all of my year-round needs.
I truly can't say enough kind words about Robert and his customer service skills. ?
I liked that they have started sending me notifications of when the service was scheduled. I work at home and often would often be unavailable at the times they would show up, so knowing how to plan my day is a benefit to me. The person who arrived was proficient and excellent
I have been working with Western Exterminator for several years now and continue to be happy with the service they provide and the professional technicians that service my property. I regularly am solicited by other companies, sometimes for lower cost services, but have no need to make a change.
