Very responsive and helpful! Brandon was able to squeeze me in same-day for a walk-through appointment on a Friday to provide a pricing quote, and because I needed a quick turnaround he agreed to come the next day on Saturday. We had tried to apply finish to our laminate floor which turned out to be a disaster that he did a great job removing and fixing. He also treated two upstairs bedrooms to address some carpet staining and more importantly pet urine odor. Highly recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIVO CARPET CLEANING!!! Brandon was incredibly professional and informative! Our carpets look like they were just installed!! We have hired other carpet cleaners and they did a good job, but they did not get our carpets this clean…Will definitely be calling Brandon back next year to clean these carpets!! We had two upholstered chairs cleaned. They had availability within a day or so of me calling. They came out to the house and did a great job. The chairs look great and smell great.
