I had a great visit with my new primary care doctor last week, she was excellent. The ladies in the lab on Tuesday were amazing as well.
I did have to return to the lab today and only interacted with Trisha N. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same positive experience as my previous visits. She repeatedly told me to “wait behind the sign,” even though I was already standing behind it near the door. She said several times that I needed to protect patient privacy, but didn’t clarify what she meant until the third time, when she explained I needed to wait to be called up. Her tone felt unnecessarily hostile, and it wasn’t appreciated.
My visit to this urgent care center was easily the most pleasant and time-efficient one I have ever had. Each member of the staff, including the intake and triage nurse, was friendly and genuinely took the time to understand and assist me with my issue quickly. The PA was extremely professional, fully listened to my concerns, and provided me with the care I needed to resolve my health issue. I would recommend this care center to anyone and will trust them with any of my own urgent needs in the future.
