We researched water softeners carefully and determined that the EcoWater ERR3700, made in the USA, was the best choice for our needs. Through Costco, we purchased it and United Water & Air installed it expertly. All the staff we encountered during this process was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Bart tested our water and answered all our questions. Sam and Zach completed the installation with great skill in about 2 hours. And Kristi from the office helped schedule the installation and submitted the paperwork needed. We are very happy with the services and product we were provided by this great company!

I contacted United Water & Air to check the functioning of our EcoWater whole house water softening system that was installed years ago by another company. Our faucets were accumulating scale. I learned from the manufacturer's site that United is the current dealer for this system, and I hadn't been happy with the earlier service company. United's service call fee was reasonable, so I had them check it out.
They sent Zack and Alex, who immediately told me much more than the installing company had about how to adjust and operate my system. I learned for the first time that water wasn't making enough contact with the salt because I hadn't been told to fill it only part way and break any crust that formed. This was the source of our scale. They also showed me how to bypass the softener temporarily if using the garden hose, and they tested my water for iron, chlorides and bacteria (we're on a well). Plus they gave me solution for cleaning the system, all for no extra charge and for a fee before tax of $129!
Zack and Alex were polite and courteous and knew what they were doing. United is now my go-to for servicing our water softening system. Highly recommended.

This company has customer service that goes above and beyond. I had them initially install my water softener. I then had them come back and install a hot water tap and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. I recommend this company for any of your water needs.

I noticed my water softener was constantly running. I called United and was told someone would call me back. Aaron called back very quickly. He walked me through putting my system on bypass, which was not an easy task, until someone could come out.
An appointment was scheduled for today. Joey and Jordan showed up. They explained what was wrong with the water softener as well as the cost involved. I actually considered just not using the system anymore but after testing my water and talking to them I decided to go ahead with the repair. There was no pressure on their part and they did a great job of explaining everything. I was even given a suggestion about the best salt type for my system.
Upon doing the repair they could see that an entire piece of the equipment had broken off.
I would definitely recommend United Water & Air.

I got quotes from many companies before going with United Water & Air. Their prices are comparable with other companies but their equipment and costumer service is way better. Really happy we went with them. Our water feels and smells great, no longer self conscious about it! My neighbors who went with other companies can still smell their water but we feel line were on city water, it's great!

I called this company out because they are the only contracted company to work on my water softening system. The guys are friendly, but it took them three times coming out and $800 before they finally fixed it. On top of that, they killed the hedges next to my driveway by pouring the salt water from my machine there.
Since posting this review, Aaron from the company emailed me and did what he could to make the situation better.

Austin was very professional and kind. When he heard of our older system (that we inherited from the previous homeowners and we knew nothing about) needing new prefilters, he offered to bring them out and also give us a bid for a newer system. He wasn't pushy and provided a lot of great information about our current system and new systems.
