This last weekend I went into an Ulta in Vancouver. There was a girl named Camella she had an accent, and blonde hair. I only say that because I hope she gets this review. She was so kind, fun, and helpful. I was looking for some Lancôme products and helped me locate all the products I needed.

I scheduled with Citlali in the Ulta Beauty Salon to 1) get a Cecred Hydrating & Repair service and 2) on a separate day get a Signature Cut and style. It was a great experience! My hair and scalp are experiencing a revival, especially after she urged me to add a clarifying shampoo to my routine. She's a super sweet and relaxing person to be around as she's styling your hair! Totally recommend.

I come here to get my hair done by Jess Ortega. My hair was very brittle and dried out when I first started coming to her. She has shown me the correct products to use, talked me through my weekly hair care routine and now my hair is healthier than ever! Not only that, she is a true pro when I’m in the chair. She takes her time, is thorough and overall a great person to chat with while she is taking care of you. I cannot recommend her enough!
