We recently remodeled our kitchen and replaced all of our appliances with the Viking brand. The refrigerator didn’t close quite right and it seemed to be getting worse so I called Viking who put me in contact with TNR. They called to schedule an appointment that same day, which I was not expecting since the Viking folks said it would be in the next 48-72 hours. Rory and his young apprentice showed up right on time. They quickly assessed the problem and fixed the door issue within a few minutes and asked if there was any other problems with the other new appliances. They stayed almost an hour showing me features and tricks on my new appliances that I hadn’t even thought to ask, including adjusting one of the elements on my gas range that I asked to have set a little lower. They were awesome! My black lab would like them to stop by weekly to give him more attention 😁 Thank you guys for your great customer service and willingness to go the extra mile (literally, since I live near Eugene OR and they came from Washington) Will be happy to recommend you to family and friends!
