I tend to get nervous talking during hair appointments, but Rachel was so kind throughout the appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is super easy to talk to and the cut was exactly what I wanted :)

Rachel is brilliant at her craft. She knows how to interpret what you want when you don’t have the exact words to explain it. She also has great suggestions to keep you looking fresh. My hair is always just what I wanted!
