Rachel was an absolute delight to work with. I booked a curly cut with her and she exceeded expectations. She listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were, and helped me understand what would and wouldn't be possible for our appointment.
Throughout the appointment, she explained her process and checked in to make sure I was comfortable and on-board every step of the way.
She took my curl pattern, hair health, goals, and personal style into consideration, even going so far as to make sure my hair would drape nicely around my glasses.
