We have worked with Thunder several times across 2 residences for both locks and garage door work, and have had positive experiences each time. Most recently we were thankful when John was able to quickly get out to us to address a door damaged by a collision, quickly patching it up to a functional state. He and Lucas returned to replace the door along with a very nice side mount opener. We found their prices reasonable and we are very happy with the result!

I called this company to assist me with a last-minute garage door fix. John was my technician, and he arrived on top and was respectful when on the job site. There was some confusion regarding billing on my end, and John and I discussed the issue the next day. Thunder Garage was able to honor my billing request, and I left a satisfied customer.

Having previous positive experience with Thunder Garage, I booked an appointment for routine maintenance on my second garage door. Turns out that the squeaking I heard wasn’t just the chain and hinges needing to be lubricated. The main support bracket (at 30 years old) had twisted and was in danger of failure. Without any sales pressure the technician professionally explained my options. I decided to go with a new opener, and with the support of a second technician it was installed in just a couple hours.
