I can't speak to the financial side of the service, as we are renting the property and the landlord covered the bill. However, Lucas was very professional, kind, and informative. He explained maintenance details and walked me through how the system works. Would definitely recommend.

Our double car garage door spring broke while I was working on my car while parked inside the garage. It sounded like a gun had gone off! I called Thunder thinking they would not be able to replace the spring until the following week but I was happy to hear they would be able to come out and fix it the same day. John arrived within the time frame promised and was very courteous, explaining to my wife everything that needed to be done, and then efficiently completing the repair. We appreciate the quality work and would not hesitate to call Thunder again for their services.
