Have recently had two needs for support with keys. Both times ended up at Harry’s and the team there was very helpful, pleasant and problem solving with options.
My last visit was an emergency, with a truck hitch lock that was “frozen”. I needed to be ready to tow later that afternoon.
With the temperature at 98 degrees, the team first tried to pick the lock (two different staff). After a valiant effort, they moved on to drilling the lock, which also was not easy or quick. Professional crew, very knowledgeable. Worked with a sense of urgency. Prices were discussed ahead of time, and seemed fair value. Excellent supply of home security goods, but I was only there to have a key cut.
