We purchased new hardwood floor from Fantastic Floors recently. Jobe was very helpful, patient and polite and answered all questions we had. They setup delivery and followed the entired process until the floor was delivered to us. Michael and Jobe were exrtemely professional and responsive through it all. Very positive experience. Would recommend them to anyone looking to ordering floors.

I was looking for a small area of wood flooring that was discontinued and could not find any where in the United States. Happily, when I contacted the Fantastic Floor, they were able to find the material and immediately sent my order to the manufacture on the same day, the product was shipped directly to my house. I was very impressed by the sales person, Jobe, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He took care of my order immediately and corresponded with me on every step on the status of the order. Thanks Jobe.

Fantastic Floors was fantastic! Jobe went out of his way to provide exceptional service, continuing to check in with me from the day I placed the order to the delivery of the flooring. He took care of a lot of details because this was an out of state order.

Don't trust them. The product was not from the sustainable supplier that it was advertised to be from (no explanation form them on this). The stair steps are a different depth that requires shimming. Also, they didn't accept a return of unused product. I don't recommend.
