I’m grateful that they were able to get us in quickly, but my goodness, my son’s haircut has him in tears. This cut took almost an hour, an hour for a 6 year old to sit in a chair completely still, and then the end result was a haircut that I will most certainly have to go and get redone.
It actually was looking like what we wanted and then she just kept cutting and cutting and I slowly watched my son’s hair turn into what you see. This was supposed to look like the pictures of the blond kid and I am really confused how it got to this point.
It was such a long haircut that I couldn’t fathom asking someone else to fix it, and with 3 young kids waiting nearly and hour, I was in a losing battle against time.
Should have just stuck with Great Clips for this one. 🤦🏻♂️😬

I really like this location, Anna is the best! She’s very detailed and focused on what she is doing. I no longer need to go to a $50 barber anymore , she does a fantastic job! 💇♂️ 💯

I've been going to the Barbers for haircuts on and off for decades. Today was my fourth or fifth time visiting the Grand Central location. I've always got a solid cut from them. Not the best, far from the worst, but most importantly, quick and affordable. But today I had to gently explain to the lady cutting my hair that I did not share in her enthusiasm that Charlie Kirk was pronounced dead after being shot in an assassination attempt that took place shortly before my appointment. I don't expect that everyone shares my political views, nor do I need them to. But I do expect the people I do business with to have common decency and respect for human life regardless of political affiliation. Especially if I'm going to trust them with sharp objects near my throat. I'm not going to name the stylist, as I expect this is likely a culture issue at the Barbers and not limited to one specific person. But for what it's worth, I will be getting my haircut elsewhere from now on.

I've been coming here on and off. I've tried all almost all of the barbers. And the only reason I come back is because of Tetiana. She does a modern cut and listens to how you want it. She consistently checks in with you. She is very gentle yet gets it done quickly with great results. With the others they were too much in a hurry with mixed results. It felt like a rush rather then comfort. With Tetiana I get a quality consistent haircut done with much care and consideration in the client.

Went in for a haircut about two weeks ago, this isn't my usual shop and I've come to trust the barbers from other experiences around the Portland area so I just selected any barber available. I arrived and was created by Tatiana. Lovely young lady, very nice. But I went on to receive the worst haircut I have ever had. It should be understood that I am not a person that calls and complains, so for me to call and complain about something..... It has to be pretty bad. But I digress. I had Tatiana fix a couple of things that I was unhappy with and she did with a smile, but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. After I was already bothered, she jumped right into shaving my neck without asking me if that's what I wanted. Then as I'm leaving obviously unsatisfied and frustrated, she charged me 6 bucks for it. I even tipped her a little just because I didn't want her to think I was a jerk. But again, once I got home and showered..... Worst haircut I have ever re

Don't understand anyone rating this place poorly. Fun, cheap, quick as can be, prof. Well spirited, decorum reminds me of my grandpa's office. Clean. Wholesome. Worth it.

Let me tell you about Char. She is THE best! Char cut my hair for years until she took a different position with the company. I am SO EXCITED to learn that she's back and able to take care of me again! Great skill, lovely human, HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.
