I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my time here working with Kate. She really has given me my life back. Over the past few years I have developed very intense rosacea, which left me feeling completely hopeless, confused, and deeply insecure. My skin seemed sensitive to everything I tried, and suddenly familiar products I’ve used for years made my skin flare up and hurt for days on end. It really impacted my quality of life, and my self confidence. I didn’t feel like myself, and thought I would have to adjust or accept this new reality. Kate changed everything for me. She is passionate and SO knowledgeable. Thoughtful, compassionate, and taking a gentle and consistent approach, she got me onto the right products to balance my skin and give me my spark back. We have been taking progress photos every time we meet, and I am shocked at the “before” compared to now (a year into treatment). My skin was red, textured, hot, and painful, and now it is calm, smooth, and clear! I always say she gave me my life back, because it is true. I no longer feel like I have to hide. People even compliment me on my complexion which was something I never thought I’d hear again. She got me back to feeling like myself :)

Seriously this place is a godsend. I've struggled with acne since I was a teenager, and figured it would resolve on its own now that I'm in my 30s, but no such luck. I've tried every topical cleanser you can name, prescription topicals, spironolactone, Clarisonic brushes, retinol, tretinoin, dietary changes like cutting out sugar/gluten/dairy, regular facials... nothing worked. Two estheticians recommended this place to me, and it was worth the 90 minute drive for my treatment plan every 2 weeks. It's a strict regimen to follow, but believe me, it works. The staff were all courteous and kind, and took the time to get to know me and my skin. It took about 4 months, but my skin is clearer than it's ever been. Would recommend!

Life changing. Completely healed my cystic acne and hyperpigmentation. I've been coming here for 3+ years and will never stop. It was a long journey, it wasn't a quick fix, but they truly educated me on skin health and ingredients. LIFE CHANGING.

I’ll be honest and say originally I thought this place could be a bit oversold since it’s a product-based program but I was out of options. I had tried everything else. I’ve done everything from plain old hot water and simple cleansers to Proactive, Differin, and even Accutane. My years-long battle with cystic acne has left me with scars all over my face and looking ten years older than I am. So I gave it a shot. My first appointment was all I needed to change my mind about this place. A wonderful, knowledgeable young lady in a matter-of-fact but nonjudgmental way explained things about acne to me that I never even knew. Everything from diet and supplements to environmental factors. With acne still on my face after the first appointment, I already felt better just being equipped with the right facts. I can’t even remember how long I’ve been going at this point, maybe 6-8 months, and I’ve had three different technicians working on me. Every single one has a calming attitude, they’re very personable and intelligent, but above all, they work there because they genuinely love helping people get control of their acne. I’ve come to view my appointments as personal time, like a spa day. I get the peels on a regular basis and that has even started clearing up the deep scars. The best part though, is that my long fight with cystic acne is finally under control. My skin is acne-free and looking smoother and younger every day. The change has been incredible. It takes work and they’ll tell you that- there is no “cure” for acne. But having the knowledge and access to educated professionals with all the right products has completely changed the way I look in the mirror. It’s increased my confidence and even pushed me to implement some better lifestyle habits. It’s all because of this place, it’s helpful staff, and it’s diligent owner, Jane (who is awesome, by the way. I highly recommend saying hello if you get the chance.) I cannot stress enough; if you have acne, this is the place to go.

My experience has been awesome! The team is really knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. It takes a little time for your skin to adjust to the treatment, but right around that three month mark all of a sudden your skin looks amazing!

Staff have been very pleasant and informative. The plan is very well laid out, explained and clearly written up so it is easy to implement. After a few days my teen was able to follow the skin care routine on their own and even looks forward to "facial" appointments because he is seeing how his skin improves after each visit. We started to see some healing in my teens severe acne in a few weeks and it has continued to show improvement week after week. I appreciated that some of their facial treatments utilize herbs and other natural and soothing ingredients and that they discouraged the use of harmful drugs that are so often prescribed by dermatologists. Our son started the treatments in mid January and we have seen continued improvement. This is not an overnight fix but it has been a very worthwhile investment.

I am writing this review in hopes that it reaches someone that has been dealing with sebaceous hyperplasia. About five years ago I started getting little donut looking bumps all over my face and they were driving me crazy. I went to med spas, aesthetic medical clinics and even a dermatologist. They all wasted my time and money. I was about to give up when I discovered the acne treatment center. They immediately understood my condition and knew exactly how to treat it. I was able to make my appointment right away. They didn't make me go through an unnecessary consultation and the price was transparent and extremely reasonable. The esthetician was so friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough. They didn't rush me through the treatment. She really examined every inch of my face and took time thoroughly zapping each spot. I am so relieved to FINALLY have these pesky bumps treated. If you haven't had luck elsewhere and you're on the fence about trying something new - DO IT. I'm so happy I did - thank you acne treatment center!

Hi All! My name is Madison Conlee (previously Belzer). I don’t review many places, but felt it was about time. I have been using the Acne Treatment Center since January 2015, which was my senior year of high school. I am now almost 27 years old and in January 2024, it will be 9 years since starting at the Acne Treatment Center (which is absolutely crazy to think about). I honestly don’t think there are words to explain how much of an impact this place has made on me. Although my acne is far from the worst case they have seen, their methods and products have changed my life. I went from feeling super insecure about the “craters” on my face in high school, to almost flawless skin. I can’t even tell you how many people have complimented me on my skin over the years. This came from hard work and dedication to their process & products (which includes 4 years living out of state at college but staying vigilant). I still get acne here and there, usually around the time of the month, but absolutely nothing like before. I remember going to my first appointment with my dad and Jane (the owner) telling us it would take about 3 months to start seeing results (if I followed their plan). My dad and I were extremely skeptical … but almost exactly at the 3 month mark, following their plan to a T, my skin improved drastically! And I have been sold ever since. A few years after starting, I turned my little sister onto the ATC, and she saw amazing results as well. One of my closest friends started within the last 9 months and I’ve seen a difference in her skin as well. This stuff/their processes work. But if you are not someone who will stay on top of it and truly invest, this may not be right for you. I am a lifer. I don’t want to think about how much money my dad and I have spent at the ATC over the last 9 years, because truly, it is not inexpensive, but it is absolutely worth it!!! I hope this review helps someone make the leap to start using the ATC. It will change your life, as it did mine! Facial day is my favorite day! I absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly throughout the entire place. They are eager to give me tons of knowledge about my skin, ask questions, and ensure that all my questions are answered. Highly recommend for anyone looking to better their skin!

Been going there for 2 years now. Ide cry sometimes at how bad my skin was, but let me be the one to convince you to try them out. They have an extensive pre examination before they prescribed anything and my skin has been getting better ever since. I'm not as thorough with my routine and still see constant results but if you follow there advice you'll see extremely fast results as I did when I first started. The girls here are awesome caring for there patients and the treatment is worth every dollar. I'm glad to say that my skin is practically clear and I'm alot happier from it.
