“I loved the location. I drove up from Portland. The building was lovely. I enjoyed the porch, plants, and the style of the decor. I enjoyed the old house with the piercing pics in the piercing room. I loved hearing where they came from. The ceiling light was cool! Everyone was knowledgeable and kind! I'm sorry to say I forgot their name, but the person who helped me select my earrings was patient and reassuring. They looked up pricing and info for me multiple times. I truly ended up with jewelry I love. This process included me changing my mind on one of the earrings after they already took them back to the piercer. They handled it graciously and reassured me. I was so grateful! Dae was patient and supportive of me having a positive experience. I have a heat sensitivity issue and was embarrassed about it. Dae was kind and turned on a fan for me. He balanced being attentive without making me feel like the only focus of the room, which could have made me uncomfortable. It was obvious that he was trauma aware. He was respectful of personal space and fun to talk with! I especially noticed all of this because I am trained and have trained others in support and customer service. I would definitely get more piercings with Dae!“
