I have received tattoos at Deluxe Tattoo Parlor on three occasions, the first being in April 2019, and the most recent yesterday afternoon. Ryan Snell is my go-to. He has the steadiest hand of anyone I've ever known. I'm not sure what his secret is...perhaps no caffeine and constantly ensuring his blood sugar is at a healthy level. Whatever it is, it's working for him.Each time I've gone into the Parlor, I've known precisely what I wanted, bringing photos and photocopies of exactly what I want Ryan to replicate on my arm. Rad place! I showed up as a walk-in, didn't even have to wait, Ryan banged out some sick tradish in hardly an hour and listened to me chew his ear off the whole time. 10/10 would recommend ???

Got my first ever tattoo with Ryan the other day and it came out incredible. I had a rough idea for my tattoo and Ryan helped me turn that into a design that I loved, and he put up with me making a last second change to it with no issue. Both Ryan and Mav were super friendly throughout the process and made it seem like they really cared about my comfort and all my d*** questions. Super clean as well.
