Reposting with the pics, figured it out. My husband Jesse, and our 2 kids are newer to the area having relocated for work from Spokane. We just wanted to thank Stanley Roof and Solar for getting our roof replaced before the heat in august. The guys worked really hard and it was done in one day. Didn't interrupt the boys nap time too bad and the cats endured! 😂 Coming from Eastern Washington we didnt quite know what to expect with contractors on this side of the state. We are second time home buyers and reluctantly had to leave our first home for better job opportunities. Which really sucks because it was just the way we wanted it. Anyway, our new home needed a new roof because the previous owners cheaped out and it was leaking after 3 years. I got 6 bids but ultimately Stanley won out because of their attention to detail and material warranties. Their work also had the best warranty and lifetime on the roof tiles. Pricing was right in the middle and they offered us some free upgrades to the material too. Metal attic exhaust vents instead of plastic which was huge to us. On the east side of the state the plastic ones just don't last as long. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again but I hope I don't have to. Now if anyone has a plumber recommendation
Getting your roof done well is incredible peace of mind! I’d had 7 bids before going with them so felt confident about making the right choice. Mario and Joe were wonderful to work with! My roof looks beautiful!
Want to give a shout out to Mario and the guys for saving basically the whole house. I was going to attempt to do this roof myself with my husband, me and some help. I am glad we didn’t. There was four layers on this thing. They ended up with two trailer loads FULL of shingles. I don’t know how the roof was still standing! The guys put all new plywoods on it too. It was so neglected, there was no saving it, and you’re only supposed to have maximum two layers! My project manager was Mario and he was very informative throughout the process. Coming from a construction background I understand how difficult it is to manage expectations of the customer, keeping us informed throughout the process, making sure the right material is used, etc. He did OUTSTANDING. The guys did even better. They had this entire 4 layers removed, in the trailers, new plywood installed, shingled, all in two days. I was a little nervous doing it in the winter, but the team were professionals and I got a great price. Roofing materials are super expensive these days so I'm glad we got it done now before the spring when everything goes up even more. They worked with tarps and made sure the paper (they used synthetic instead of the old school tar paper stuff,) covering was down keeping the inside dry. The house was destroyed by squatters anyway, but they took such good care of everything, they even helped git rid of some of the junk left over by the tenants. True professionals! I interviewed 3 or 4 different roofing companies and found some of them weren’t even licensed or insurance had lapsed. My husband and I are happy with our choice. We even got these cool pictures throughout the process showing that everything was done correctly. Can’t say enough nice things about Mario and the team. A+ guys. Oh, we did gutters too and those turned out great. Been testing them the last week or so and they performed perfectly, even in the ice storm. It's tough to find good trades people these days. Reading between the lines and making sure you get a good product. I've seen lots of hack jobs in construction... this is not it. Can't recommend the guys enough.
