Stopped in for a pre-wedding cut and had an excellent experience with the stores manager! Kept getting compliments throughout the weekend and will be back if I ever need a fresh cut when I visit Vancouver :)
As a gender non-confirming person i like that they treat me like a regular person and listen to what I want. They give advice and then take notes so that if I get a different person they know what to ask. They tell me about the services available as well as the products they have for sale without being pushy. This last time I went I had several questions and she answered patiently, this is very important for me.

I stopped in on 6/25 just looking for a quick clean-up—I’m growing my hair out and didn’t want much taken off, just enough to look more managed. Kells listened perfectly, checked with me a couple of times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and honestly did an amazing job with the trim.
Then she offered the MVP and I thought, why not? Let me just say: that was hands down the most relaxing scalp massage I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t fall asleep, but for a few minutes I was so relaxed that every single care just melted away. It was an experience.
