Smart Choice did the routine maintenance and Brandon was great! He let us know that at some point in the near future we may need some repairs, but did not force us into anything that wasn’t necessary. We really appreciated it!
We had Smart Choice install our system a few years ago. We've always had great service. Recently, our system just stopped working. I called the next morning and they sent Brandon right out. He had the issue diagnosed, the part installed and system back up in less than two hours! You can't ask for better than that. We are very happy customers.
We have had Smart Choice for years. Started with them when Jose was the owner, before he retired and his sons took over the business. They are professional, prompt, reliable and excellent. When we had an addition put on our house, the contractor used another company, even though we recommended Smart Choice. The other company was going to charge less. This year when we had Smart Choice come out to ready the system for winter, they found a huge problem. The heat pump had been installed poorly and all the refrigerant had leaked out plus the back electric furnace was not installed correctly either! My recommendation: don’t use anyone but Smart Choice!
