Highly recommended!We had a water damage due to a leaking pipe. Servicestar made the mitigation process a lot easier to deal with. Ryan and Colin are pleasant to work with. They are always on time, professional and communicative. After each visit, they always provide detailed updates and the next step. Their work is very thorough and clean. It is obvious to me that they really take pride in their work and care about our property.I would not hesitate to recommend the ServiceStar team to anyone in need of mitigation services.Service: Water damage-related mold removal
If you find yourself in the unfortunate instance where you’re in need of water restoration experts, do yourself a favor and call Ryan with Servicestar. 5/5 stars on Google isn’t even close to what I feel like he (and Colin) deserve. He was ALWAYS either on time or early, always available to communicate in a timely fashion, very trustworthy and super knowledgeable. We just finished a complete bathroom renovation due to a flood and I believe the sole reason the process went smoothly with insurance was due to the documentation, correspondence, and photos by Servicestar.
