I was very satisfied with the service Taylor provided today for my Lennox system during its scheduled six-month maintenance. He welcomed my questions and explained the work performed clearly and thoroughly
In addition to completing the required routine inspection, he went the extra mile by cleaning the outside unit and placing a cover on it. He conducted himself in a friendly, courteous, and highly professional manner throughout the visit.
