Serendipity is a fantastic salon! I've been coming here for haircuts on and off since college (10+ years) and started seeing Melody regularly for haircuts after I moved back to the area a few years ago. Melody is an all-around wonderful person and stylist! She always does a great job taming and cleaning up my long, super thick hair (I only get it cut 2-3 times a year), and she has been really accommodating with getting me scheduled around my crazy hospitality industry work schedule. I highly recommend this salon and Melody!!

I have been going to this salon for almost two years and I cannot say enough good things about it. The quality, people, and vibe will keep you coming back. I have never had a less than perfect experience with any of the people I have had the pleasure of receiving services from here.

Found Melody through word of mouth, as my stylist for over 20 years moved out of state. It was frightening to trust another with my hair as I will admit I am very picky and particular about my blonde. She really understood what I was trying to communicate and did a fabulous job. I'm impressed and love my hair more with each passing day since I walked out of the salon. Very pleased to say the least. And couldn't recommend her enough. The salon itself and everyone there seemed warm and welcoming.
