Me and My boyfriend went in together for a checkup, I am with Apple health and have made it clear to my doctor numerous times I cannot afford to do anything that my insurance does not cover. I am a Teenager and in critical health condition and they still charged me $200 for something I did not ask for! Do better.

Imagine to set an appointment and they tell you they can see you in 3 months if you can’t handle the people you already have why you keep getting more?

Today I called to inquire about my upcoming appointments. Kept going to voicemail and saying all reps are busy with other callers and to leave a callback number, and I won’t lose my place in line. I did that and that was almost 3 hours ago, still no callback from them!!!
If it wasn’t for the great doctors I have I would drop this place like a hot potato!
    Disgusting patient care!
Oh yes, when you are checking in they DEMAND
that you Announce your Address and Phone number where other people can hear. Even if you tell them that my information is exactly the same for over 12 years! They won’t let you check in otherwise.

I saw Dr. Oliver here several months ago for one visit, and one only. The doctor laughed to what I assume she thought was herself while reading my intake form after noting meralgia paresthestica out loud. Then in the same visit, refused to refill a medication I have been on for years, noting that she could not prescribe psychiatric medications, and I needed a psych consult after having just discussed my psychiatrist. Then proceeded to prescribe an ADHD medication. Subsequently, I messaged the clinic, and spoke with staff about two separate issues which were never addressed. This was just a sad experience. No wonder everyone speaks poorly of Sea Mar

I called on a Friday. They saw me the next Monday! The nurse Ceecee was professional, as well as the nurse practitioner Alissa, and Gina, the lady who drew my blood. They also have a pharmacy on site.
    A+ I highly recommend!

All around a pretty bad experience but particularly with my dr, well really a nurse practitioner. Very judgemental and condescending and its very obvious they dont really care and are just trying to get you in and out... and food forbid if you need to get ahold of anyone for anything without an appointment, I had a problem with a prescription and called multiple times and left messages with the front for my primary care Dr and never got a call back. If your insurance will cover anywhere else id recommend going there.
