I can’t say enough about how incredible the space and the staff are. They made us feel welcomed and shared some good laughs. Shawney not only gave my son the best haircut he’s ever had, she went above and beyond to make his first time experience there special and fun. We will absolutely be coming back here.
I work here so I’m biased but this barbershop is nothing short of THE BEST. With that said we attract the kind of customers that fits our personalities. We tease and banter and use language that would on most days hurt a def mans ears. ? With that said we have a huge rated R sign on the door and give plenty of heads up that we’re not for everyone. We build friendships with our customers and we don’t treat them like a paycheck so we might be assholes but we’re good assholes so if you’re sensitive we probably aren’t the shop for you. Boy does God sure know how to use people to make your day!! I walked in there feeling so bummed from having a terrible couple of days and left absolutely blessed (By the Barber, Barberess AND a customer!!!!). Two of the three people working went above and beyond their job requirement/services expected. There was a domino effect of paying it forward like 4x all in the time length it took to get my son's haircut!!! We were treated BETTER then family! The customer service is the best I have experienced In. My. Life!! Thank you Royals Barber Shop!!! I will never forget that experience with you all.
