I have used Victor twice, once for siding and once for roofing. Highly recommend him. He does quality work at a reasonable price. He didn't try to upsell for things or services not needed.
Everyone in this company is very professional and they all aim to provide an excellent customer service. The whole process of changing a roof from quote to completion was managed on schedule, at a fair price, and delivered as expected. My neighbors are as impressed as I am.
