Victor with QMR was prompt, professional, and proactive. He responded to my request and was at my home within 2 hrs. We found a small leak coming through a vent from our roof. He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr.
