I can't say enough about Precision Air! James, Uz, and Nikita were punctual, professional, and friendly. They conducted a quick and efficient install of a brand new furnace system in my home, and took the time to explain how to use it (answering even the most simple of questions). When the system required a minor follow up, they came over promptly -- on Christmas Eve no less -- to ensure that everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Precision Air and feel grateful to have them in my Rolodex.
We had a ductless heat pump system installed by Precision Air and it couldn't have been a better experience! It took less than one week from my initial call for an estimate appointment to installation of the system. On installation day, James, Uz, and Victor showed up bright and early and got right to work. I was really impressed by their professionalism, teamwork, and courtesy. When you pay thousands of dollars for a new heating and cooling system, you want it installed right, and James's team did a great job! We also appreciate Serge who provided solid advice on the right mini-split set up for our house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We highly recommend Precision Air!
