We cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Julie! Our 11-month-old golden retriever, Walter, struggled immensely with self-control, and as dog parents, we felt completely lost. Julie not only helped Walter grow in this area but also gave us the knowledge and tools we needed to support him. Julie was absolutely amazing in helping our abused rescue overcome his trauma. When we asked for her help, our guy couldn’t go to the vet without being completely sedated, and couldn’t be around people, and often nip at our other dog. Fast forward to now…he was able to get a full vet visit, is much calmer, better around people (although we are very cautious), and we’ve even caught the two pups playing in recent days. Our vet was so happy with his progress and said that we saved his life- he would have been euthanized with any other family, we owe so much to Julie!!!

Julie has been incredibly helpful with our two dogs. We have a new dog in the home that is very young and needed a lot of work, she came by twice a week and worked on multiple commands. She also worked with our older dog on his reactivity, as that is an ongoing issue that we experience. She always followed up with specific training instruction via email, so we didn't have to remember everything. They were always thrilled to see her when she came by and we could see a difference in their behavior fairly quickly. We plan to continue to work with her, as the training repetition is good for both us and the dogs.
