Yoga Stretch with Nick Medlock at Northwest Personal Training has been a game changer in my weekly fitness regimen. Nick has elevated my personal yoga practice through a simple challenge of toe yoga. This tweak has made a massive difference in my balance and foot mobility. I’m so thankful for Nick and all the staff at Northwest Personal Training; they have helped me improve my mobility, pushing my personal workouts to new levels. Northwest Personal Training is a beautiful space with outstanding trainers, convenient class schedule, and a deep commitment to the fitness community.

I participated in a free, one-month study through Northwest Personal Training, and I have to say I really enjoyed my time there. My trainer Marshall was really knowledgeable, and he took great care with my lower back injury. I have worked out with other trainers and left with more inflammation and pain, but that was not the case here. My workouts were safe, the right amount of a challenge, and efficient. At the end of my study, I felt stronger, more stable and in less pain than when I had started. I highly recommend, if you have the budget and the time to invest in personal training!
