This gym stands out for many reasons: great front desk staff, high quality trainers, great equipment, small classes, standard price point, dry saunas in the dressing rooms, and the ability to do cardio and use massage tools before and after training sessions or classes. I've been warmly welcomed and the staff are welcoming and genuine. I'm so glad to be able to come here.
NWPT is the awesome! Started going there a couple years ago after not going to the gym for several years to get in shape to climb Mt Fuji. They develop personal plans based on my goals and adventures. The staff is incredible, they make it fun to train. Highly recommend, especially Bri, she's a rockstar!
I’m so glad I took the plunge 2 years ago and began solo personal training with Bri! I had literally stepped foot in a gym once and had never picked up a weight heavier than 10lbs. Bri and the entire staff (and other clients tbh) are all kind, welcoming, and encouraging which has allowed me to totally focus on what I’m there for — training 💪💪 Will continue recommending NWPT to others!
