We chose this business because it was conveniently located, and our initial interaction was welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, that positive first impression did not last. After paying nearly $1,000 and scheduling what we believed was a confirmed appointment, we later found out that no such appointment was ever actually booked.
Due to their lack of communication and follow-through, we missed critical deadlines—especially concerning the ERC, which we’ve never received a clear explanation about. Despite multiple attempts to follow up—both by phone and stopping by in person during posted business hours—we’ve found the office consistently closed or unreachable.
Our taxes remain incomplete, and we’ve had no option but to move forward elsewhere. At this point, we feel taken advantage of and are extremely disappointed. We are hoping the business will do the right thing and issue a refund for services that were never properly delivered

Was told I would have to pay an amount to have my taxes done and showed up to sign and found out they charged double the price that I was told. I don't trust them and I won't use their services in the future.
