Elias was wonderful to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between paper wasps, hornets, and bees, as well as what signs or situations we should actually be concerned about.
Unlike some other pest control companies, he never tried to sell us a service or pressure us into signing up for anything. Instead, he was incredibly patient and informative. Even though it was a free consultation, he spent a lot of time explaining how changes in the weather and climate can affect insect activity and what we should keep an eye on around our home.
