I can’t say enough great things about this company and Jordan. They had amazing reviews, and are rated A+ on BBB, so although we waited a couple extra days for Jordan to be able to take a look at our issue with mice in the crawlspace (and it wasn’t a huge rush), I’m SO glad that we waited. This was for my parents place. They had gotten an outrageous estimate from another company.. when I heard what that company was wanting to charge, I decided to call around and get more estimates. New Leaf gave the best deal by far for far more work to be done than the original company, of any other companies.. It was a decent size crawlspace job, removing all insulation, moisture barriers, sanitize/deodorize, put new moisture barrier and brand new insulation..(along with taking care of the pest situation), exclusion work to patch up entry points.. and what normally could take 2 days, Jordan and crew did in one day by bringing extra workers (6 VS a couple of staff). They created an excellent tunnel to minimize exposure of house to any hazardous materials, and cleaned up very well afterwards... Jordan went above and beyond to patiently explain the process to me and my aging parents, and did an amazing job at an amazing price. We have asked them to manage the year round pest control, and would highly recommend to anyone needing pest control and/or crawlspace restoration! I did a lot of research and met people from many companies to get quotes. New Leaf and Jordan did an amazing job and I felt like he treated the job and my parents as I feel he would want his own family treated. Thank you!
my crawl space flooded due to a plumbing leak and Jordan and team did an outstanding job! they were thorough, fairly priced AND, they left my home CLEAN even though the only access was through a hatch in a bdrm closet. i highly recommend New Leaf Crawlspace Solutions!
Outstanding job and the crew was great an a competitive price. We had raccoons invade our crawl space and they left a big mess. They even crushed a hvac vent. NL gave us a detailed estimate. I liked that it was hand written (no copy/paste). They had the best price of the estimates we had done and the most detailed. Plus the 3 year, transferable, warranty. They cleaned out all the nast insulation, the torn vapor barrier, and sterilized the space. It look like new under there now. The downside was the scheduling. It took a month to get the work done. No doubt a testament to their terrific quality and price. It was worth the wait. I highly recommend New Leaf.
