I have used another competitive pest company and was thoroughly impressed with Natura’s service and price. We had Natura come out initially for a maggot clean-out of my garbage can, but asked if someone could address our mouse, wasp and ant issues. Mark came out timely, and ahead of schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the pests addressed at the time of inspection, he had great insight on why we have a pest issue and how to humanly and effectively treat the problem. We had Anthony come out today for a follow-up spray. He was hands down the most informative technician we’ve ever had. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and how the treatments actually work, which I truly appreciated. It’s quite obvious he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in what he does. Anthony was also incredibly kind, professional, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He is absolutely amazing at what he does! I’d love to request him for my future appointments.
Natura was wonderful. I was hesitant on hiring pest control, but I have struggled to address a rodent issue. Its still early, but Natura was very respectful, heard my concerns, showed me evidence and went above and beyond so far. I'm very happy I pulled the trigger on getting a year of peace of mind.
