A couple days ago I wrote a harsh review not knowing it went public and I want to explain that it was just a misunderstanding. I was attending a funeral and bridal shower the following day and I may have been a little stressed out when my regular nail tech wasn’t there that I have been going to for over 10yrs and has ALWAYS done a fantastic job. The second he found out about my experience he was on the phone with me trying to assist to make sure I was taken care of.
