I had such a wonderful experience here with our new puppy Kona. Checking in was easy and the wait was short. In the lobby they have calming bandanas for cats and dogs, which we used for our little pup. The vet tech was nice and approached Kona with treats and patience (he’s a timid pup). The vet was amazing as well, she answered any questions we had and made sure we knew the plan for the next visit. They even took Kona to the back and gave him a tour of the other people and dogs to help with his socialization. When he literally came back he seemed like a new dog hahaha. Once you find the clinic under the freeway, ( they were there first), the staff was very welcoming and genuinely cared about our first visit. Remington was a bit apprehensive being at a new vet but warmed quickly to a new environment. The follow up call from the vet following blood work was very informative.
I came here in a very emotional state as I was losing my cat of 18 years, the staff were extremely kind and helpful and made the process as easy as they could. They were very supportive and knowledgeable. This is a beautiful clinic. It was one of the hardest days of my life and they were incredibly compassionate. I appreciate their hard work and dedication.
