Beyond excellent experience. Dr Fairbanks is a veterinarian that excels in compassion and competence. We have been taking both our cat and dogs here for 15+ years. We had to take our cat for an operation last week and I felt we were treated fairly and respectfully, no upselling, and the price quoted was reasonable and the actual procedure came in under the quote. Your pet is in good hands here.
We had our first visit yesterday for our pup who had TPLO 11/28. The staff was very professional and our pooch, who can be a bit neurotic in new and unfamiliar situations, seemed to have a good experience. We are looking forward to our progress with this team.
I had such a wonderful experience here with our new puppy Kona. Checking in was easy and the wait was short. In the lobby they have calming bandanas for cats and dogs, which we used for our little pup. The vet tech was nice and approached Kona with treats and patience (he’s a timid pup). The vet was amazing as well, she answered any questions we had and made sure we knew the plan for the next visit. They even took Kona to the back and gave him a tour of the other people and dogs to help with his socialization. When he literally came back he seemed like a new dog hahaha.
