They are kind, helpful, and caring, making it easy for patients to get the information and help they need from the comfort of their own homes. The process is intuitive, and patients appreciate the organizational energy and presence they experience. The team, including providers, is available and responsive, with an on-call provider always available for last-minute needs. Patients feel supported and heard, particularly those with complex medical issues, and appreciate the help with insurance issues and medication management. The team is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making patients feel validated and cared for. Overall, Med Rx Partners offers a unique and supportive experience, making it easy for patients to recommend them without hesitation. They are helpful with many things, including medications, and patients appreciate the stability and advocacy they receive from their providers.
An exceptional experience. The Dr was caring and listened intently. There was an intuitive method to the process. I wish I had done this years ago. It's been amazing to have more organizational energy and be more present in the moment. I would recommend them without hesitation.
So easy to work with! The Spruce app makes messaging with my provider and their team so much simpler than MyChart, which makes communicating about meds between appointments a thousand times better. There is always an on-call provider, so if mine is out I can still get help with something like a last-minute refill or a minor adjustment to a prescription (like a previously discussed increase/decrease).
I wasn't connecting with the first provider I got assigned, but the owner personally listened to my feedback and quickly set me up with another provider at my request, and I've felt super supported - not something I can say about a lot of medical or psych providers I've...read full review
I feel heard and cared for as a medically complex patient. They have helped me tackle insurance issues, and my provider I feel like truly cares to know me and help me. I have felt very validated and supported. I highly recommend them!
My provider is Hillary and I highly recommend her for anyone who struggles with autoimmune conditions and wants a provider who holds space for all that comes with that. She is so knowledgeable on how my conditions can be affected by different medications and has worked with me to help me find solutions along the way (:
