My 9:00 a.m. in person appointment was rescheduled to an 8:00 a.m. phone appointment the same day. I wasn't notified at all and the day before MyChart still said my appointment was for 9:00a.m.

Terrible experience. They don’t communicate. My daughter repeatedly told them to put my name down so they could give out her medical information to me and so I could schedule appointments for her and they still refused. They ended my daughters counseling sessions because of one missed appointment knowing that she is going through a hard time. Well, had you let me schedule her appointments and know when the appointments were, then maybe she wouldn’t miss her appointments. One of the counselors seemed like he was out to get me when all I was trying to do was help my children. Why would I seek counseling for my children if I don’t want them to succeed in life? Very Unorganized. This clinic has made no effort to contact me back about my son's appointments, not one call or email from their side. They said he is now on a wait-list after discharging him for no reason, saying that they were having issues with a therapist. He wouldn't have even been on a wait-list if he wasn't discharged in the first place. My son was crying to me this morning saying he really wanted to continue therapy. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The only reason I am giving it more than 1 star is because Naomi was a light in this place and I wish her nothing but the best.
