Both Sarah and Jennifer in the office have been wonderful to work with—responsive, professional, and genuinely focused on customer service. I'll be honest: I'm not a fan of the platform they use for invoicing, photos, and communication. Few work on tile roofs, Matrix does and obviously cares and can be counted on to do a very thorough job. Moss prevention, properly cleaning the roof and it's valleys-- and finally the gutters, I was no doubt impressed. Great job Sarah, Moe and the rest of the team-- your efforts are recognized and very much appreciated, Paul

When our 20-year-old roof developed a leak, we were faced with a costly repair with a large area of shingles that would not match. Knowing that we would need everything else replaced in five years or so, we opted for a complete replacement. A neighbor recommended we get one of our bids from Matrix, and they ended up as the company we chose. They showed up the day they said they would and finished in the time frame they quoted. I was particularly pleased that they worked with me to ensure that our Starlink never went down! The quality of the work is exceptional, the cost was less than we expected, and we are very pleased with job they did. Five stars!!
