From the first meeting and design option presentation we were expertly guided. The installation went smoothly and was on time. Camry, the installer, was punctual, hardworking and the process was not intrusive. We are very happy with the end result and can highly recommend Bath Pros NW!

Camry installed our new walk in shower. He was very detail oriented and made sure everything worked just right for us in the new shower. He worked very hard for 2 days removing the old tub and installing the new shower. He really did beautiful work, and he was very respectful and professional. We could not have asked for a better person to install our new shower!

We had a very good experience with Bath Pro's NW from beginning to the completed projects.
They were very clear and honest when we went thru the estimate process and gave us many options to choose from.
Cameron was a consummate professional. He explained his process from day one thru completion of the project. He took very good care of our home and left it clean and orderly each day.
We are very pleased with the end results and the new bath and shower are great. I would not hesitate to recommend Bath Pro's NW to our family and friends.

So happy with our choice to have BathPros replace our 40 yrs old shower stall. Job was done ahead of schedule and in the 2 days they said it would. Cam was our installer and was such a pleasure to have in our home. Well done! Before and after pics. Removed bump out wall (hurray!) so we have the shower we always wanted.

I am so glad that we decided to purchased a walk in shower. Camry was very professional, friendly and did such a fantastic job in less than two days. Three of my neighbors came over to look at the walk in shower. One person asked me if the enclosed shower was one piece which was not, she was amazed at how great the calking looked. My original shower door that I order was not delivered, so Duane replace the shower door with a much better and thicker glass without any extra charge. The shower door slides so easily and smooth. I would definitely recommend Bath Pro to Family, friends, and neighbors.

I had Bath Pros NW replace and install a new shower in my master bedroom, they were swift and effective at communicating throughout the entire process and were very efficient and thorough during the installation. I've had the new shower for a few weeks and am very happy with it.

I put off replacing my 25-year-old shower for a long time. I did my research and decided to use Bath Pros NW based on all the positive reviews online.
I was very impressed with Duane when he visited my home to assess the project, show me material samples and give me a quote. The builder that actually did the work on my shower has worked for Bath Pros NW for 10 years. I've read many reviews that indicate the majority of shower replacement companies use third party contractors and are don't take responsibility for the work that is done. That is not the case with Bath Pros NW.
The job took a full 2 days and all I have are positive things to say about the quality of work done. I tend to be a perfectionist so for me, that's saying something.
The communication with the company was great and the final product is amazing.
