Needed some basic maintenance done, maybe 2 or 3 hours worth to make ready for a sale. After agreeing to an appointment, in which I needed things done by a certain date . Did not follow up on date we agreed on, even a simple text saying I am busy but will be there on x date would have been appreciated. I had a schedule to keep and had to go with someone else.
