I am so pleased with the new laminate flooring in my house. From the first walk-in at the store, through final install, Donavan provided valuable design help and excellent customer service. He communicated well throughout the process. I appreciated dealing with just one person throughout the process and I felt that Donavan really cared that I ended up a satisfied customer. The installation was well done and the job was actually completed ahead of schedule. The final result has transformed my house!

I want to start off by saying this company is very responsive and accommodating. We hired L&L Carpet Care to do our living room today ( memorial day ) which I didn't think would be available, but it was and they were even 20 minutes early! ? the carpet looks great on the surface, but I vacuumed after the carpets were fully dry, this is what it still picked up... also, the carpet feels a little gummy, like it's still dirty. I'm not sure if it was just so dirty that it needs a second treatment..? I'll be hiring them again for the rest of my house and to re-do the living room.
